Ugh! I'm not sure I can commit to any of those times - Monday night is Pilates - noon translates to 2 pm my time and I'm at work - 7 pm is 9 pm, my bedtime ... maybe Thursdays??
🖤 STEPS TO SELF TRUST — MAY CHALLENGE
We’re starting something simple in May. Not extreme. Not overwhelming. Not “all or nothing.” Just 30 days of showing up for yourself. Based on: - consistency - showing up - staying in it → Surprise reward WHAT THIS IS REALLY ABOUT: This isn’t about steps. This is about becoming someone who: - shows up - follows through - doesn’t disappear on themselves when it gets inconvenient 👉 WE DON’T ABANDON OURSELVES. We start May 1st. Comment “IN” when you join the Pacer challenge 👇Let’s build something you can actually trust this time ⚔️🖤

I don't keep my phone with me all the time and don't use the Google Fit app - my Hume band tracks everything
🔵 WEDNESDAY — Tool (April 8)
Pause Before Solving Most people try to solve the situationwhile they’re still activated. That’s why it keeps repeating. The tool is simple: Don’t solve it yet. First: - Notice what your body is doing - Take one slow inhale - Take a longer exhale - Wait 10–20 seconds That pause isn’t doing nothing. It’s telling your nervous systemit doesn’t have to rush. From there, you can ask: Do I need to respond right now? Or do I just feel like I do? That question alone creates space. And space is where better decisions come from. This is the bridge:Notice → regulate → then decide

Such a fantastic analogy. I'm a recovering "respond/react in the moment" girlie. It's nice to be reminded to pause.
