There’s this one moment that a lot of people miss.... It’s small. Quiet. So easy to just skip right over. BUT it’s where everything changes. It’s that it happened fast, felt automatic, and your pattern took over before you could access ANY DIFFERENT. And when that happens… you lose access to the version of you who knows what to do. That’s what we’re working on this month. Not forcing better behavior. Not controlling yourself. 👉 EXPANDING THAT SPACE. Because the goal isn’t to never get triggered. That's inevitable. Where in your life are you acting like there’s only one way this goes? Listen to how it sounds: “I can’t say no” “I can’t slow down” "I can’t stop once I start” “I can’t mess this up” “I don’t have time” “I don’t have another option” “I don’t know how to do it differently” “I don’t think before I react” Just notice it. 👉 “can’t” 👉 “don’t” That’s usually where the door is already closed before you even check it. You’re not stuck. You’ve just stopped looking for another way. That’s step 1: Awareness 🖤 Become Loyal to Yourself.
