@Jes Solo WOW! That is such an interesting story! You on there that often…but I love that you’re expressing yourself in that medium! I’m not good at it but find it fascinating and really satisfying when someone can pull emotions out of me like you did! Very cool skills! Thanks for sharing!! And yes, on a phone!? You should teach that!
Wild Wisdom Community…
I have a favour to ask of the membership. I’m working three more 11 hours shifts over 5 days this week. I’ve already done 2 and 3 left to go then I can dedicate my full attention to learning more about Skool and how to make this specific experience community better for us all. In the meantime, I suggest scrolling to the bottom of the community thread and checking early posts, sharing your own thoughts and discussions. I’ll do my best to check in but I can’t promise my full attention until Saturday. I wish you peace and harmony and a fruitful meditative journey in the meantime. 🙏 J

@Jes Solo oh ya, this happens to me too! It’s nice to take a break though, reevaluate and then jump back in! I think it’s almost necessary to establish balance and still remain flexible to change! Welcome back!

🧘 Introductions:
Hello and welcome! 👋 I thought I’d start an thread here and say hello and allow everyone to introduce themselves. I’ll start. I live in South-Western Canada. I’ve been meditating for over 15 years now. I don’t feel like this is any kind of accomplishment but more like a habit that keeps me healthy. Over the years I’ve found that many of my non-meditating friends have said it’s too intimidating, hard to build a practice or they tried and failed. So I thought if we built a community of varied and new meditators we could develop and share some modern hacks and support each other. Everyday is a new day with new challenges. I try my best not to take myself too seriously. Trust me, I can use the support as much as anyone. 🙏 Please introduce yourself. I’m excited to get to know everyone!

Hi I’m Jessica, I’m from Edmonton originally and currently near there. I am not new to meditating but I don’t currently have a consistent practice. I have gone from guided meditations to now wanting to explore quiet ones which has been interesting. I enjoy connecting to my breath and I somehow know that I am connecting because my forehead starts to buzz in the area of my 3rd eye! I love taking care of my body/mind/spirit and would love to learn more about mediating!! Thank you for creating this community 🙏🏻💛
