Wild Wisdom Community…
I have a favour to ask of the membership. I’m working three more 11 hours shifts over 5 days this week. I’ve already done 2 and 3 left to go then I can dedicate my full attention to learning more about Skool and how to make this specific experience community better for us all. In the meantime, I suggest scrolling to the bottom of the community thread and checking early posts, sharing your own thoughts and discussions. I’ll do my best to check in but I can’t promise my full attention until Saturday. I wish you peace and harmony and a fruitful meditative journey in the meantime. 🙏 J

Time for a routine shift…
Well I just got a great new job and it looks like I’ll have to make a shift to my steady morning routine. Prioritizing meditation is always a goal but I fear the change in my routine will take a few days to work out. Good thing my spirit animal is a mutant cat/shark (only swims forward and always lands on my feet) Does anyone else here have a spirit animal they invoke in tough times?

Time for a routine shift…
Reflection on this date:
Today, we pause to remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001. We honor the lives lost, the bravery of first responders, and the resilience of an entire nation that came together in the face of unimaginable loss. In the 24 years since that day, America has changed in countless ways—and one of the most profound has been our focus on safety and preparedness. From airport security to community response systems, from emergency planning in schools to the way businesses train for crisis management—our awareness and commitment to safety has grown stronger. While the scars of 9/11 remain, so does the determination to protect, to prepare, and to look out for one another. ✨ Today, as we reflect, let’s also ask ourselves: What small steps can we each take to keep our families, workplaces, and communities safer? Because honoring their memory means more than just remembering—it means continuing to build a culture of safety, resilience, and unity. 🕯️ Never Forget. Always Prepare. Always Protect. 🚶‍♀️ Walking Meditation
Walking meditation isn’t about getting from A to B. It’s about being fully here, step by step. We don’t need to sit still to meditate. Sometimes stillness comes through motion. Walking meditation gives our restless energy a rhythm, a focus, a way to ground ourselves in the body while the mind softens. Benefits: - It connects us with nature, even if it’s just the trees on our street. - It reminds us that each step can be mindful, not rushed. - It helps regulate our breath and nervous system, releasing tension. - It allows ppl who struggle with sitting still to experience meditation in a way that feels natural. How to practice: 1. Choose a quiet path or even a hallway at home. 2. Stand still for a moment, feel your feet touch the ground. 3. Begin walking slowly. With each step, notice the lift of the foot, the movement through the air, and the placement back on the earth. 4. Sync your breath with your steps if it feels good, or just let it flow. 5. When your mind wanders (it will), gently bring it back to the feeling of walking. We don’t have to force anything. Walking meditation is simply remembering that every step can carry awareness. Every breath can bring us home to ourselves.
