@Jessica Clish making short films is a hobby of mine. I use chatgpt to help me write my scripts. Sometimes I use Grammarly as well. I find free short clips from and string them together and us the youtube royalty free music for background music.

@Jessica Clish i got I to films when I had a roommate who fell into depression. She was gonna flunk out of her film classes at MSU in NS so I took them for her. The classes were in three locations. I really enjoyed the gotif film class that was held at the NS art gallery. I also used to do “extra” work on film sets and loved watching the process but discovered the reason almagic was in the edits. If u scroll down our feed there's a few more contemplative nature films. I took my love of animals, meditation and film and came up with some of my best work to date. I'll be adding more this weekend when I'm off work. By the way, I make them all on my iPhone. Cool eh? I love modern technology!

I have a favour to ask of the membership. I’m working three more 11 hours shifts over 5 days this week. I’ve already done 2 and 3 left to go then I can dedicate my full attention to learning more about Skool and how to make this specific experience community better for us all. In the meantime, I suggest scrolling to the bottom of the community thread and checking early posts, sharing your own thoughts and discussions. @Wesley Penner I feel you! I started with Insight/Vipassana Meditation, moved to Samatha, then Metta and Karuna Bhavana and a few forms of Chanting. Now I mix it up. I use Contemplative meditation as a procrastination fighter and mood lifter. I suffer from a weird type of depression and Contemplating Nature seems to be the cure no other practice has provided. Namorkara Chanting has helped me massively with trauma. I work crazy hours and a recent personal discovery of Yoga Nidra has helped a lot with dealing with lack of regular sleep
