@Cynthia Vazquez you got it!
This is the VISION
For too long, my focus was only on the numbers—on bringing 100,000 more Latino and Latina founders into the startup economy. But this video is different. It’s about you. About what I want to bring to every founder who dares to step into this journey: the tools, the clarity, and the confidence to succeed—not just for yourself, but for thousands more who will follow. Together, we can change our collective reality. I’ll never forget when Teresa told me how powerful it felt to call herself CEO. That moment reminded me: this is bigger than building businesses. It’s about evolving ourselves—becoming the leaders, innovators, and changemakers our communities need. To everyone who has joined me in this mission—thank you. This is just the beginning.

Absolutely! It's about how we see ourselves and the "language" we use to achieve that. Life and death are in the power of the tongue.

Stanford Latino Business Action Network
Team! The Stanford LBAN program extends an invitation to join them at the PROXIMO mixer on Friday night! It’s a who’s who of investors, banks, startups and leaders. It’s $30 dollars but includes drinks and food, I really really recommend all to go and network. I am part of the LBAN network and it is one of the strongest latino business networks out there! https://luma.com/e982vdzr

Let's do it!
Why The Latino Startup is Different
We’re not another mentoring program. We don’t sell hype, shortcuts, or “get rich quick” schemes. At The Latino Startup, we bring the best practices from Silicon Valley and top business schools—proven tools like Lean Startup, customer discovery, and real-world business design. And here’s why it matters: too often, Latino founders are shut out of the networks, information, and resources needed to succeed. That’s why our community is so underrepresented in the startup space—not because we lack talent, but because we’ve been denied access. This program changes that. We’re opening doors, sharing knowledge, and building a movement where Latino entrepreneurs can thrive. This is about doing the real work that matters—together.
