Offer for the TLS community
Excited to see this space open up. Here's my offer to the community. I work with founders on something most people don't talk about in the early stages. Not the product, pitch, or the funding strategy. The stuff that's quietly slowing you down underneath all of that. The belief you haven't named yet. The pattern you keep repeating without realizing it. The thing that's costing you more than any operational problem is. What makes this conversation different is that I look at both sides. I've worked in operations and done the identity work myself as a founder, including building a business that collapsed when I tried to step away from it. That experience taught me the difference between fixing the surface and fixing the root. I rebuilt with that understanding and now I help other founders find that same clarity before it costs them what it cost me. My offer here is simple. A free 30 minute conversation where I help you understand whether operational fixes will solve what's blocking you, or whether the root cause requires something else entirely. You leave knowing one to three things that may be quietly working against you right now, things you might not even realize are there. No pitch. No agenda. Just clarity. Whatโs blocking you?
Avoid giving the polished or strategic version. Try mentioning the thing thatโs sitting in the back of your mind when the day gets quiet. For some founders itโs operational- Not having enough clients, or cash flow, or your offer isnโt landing yet. Those are real and worth mentioning. But for a lot of founders I talk to, thereโs something underneath that. A belief thatโs slowing them down more than any external problem is. Something like โI donโt know if Iโm actually cut out for thisโ or โI keep starting things and not finishing themโ or โIโm not sure anyone will take me seriously.โ Both are valid. Both are worth saying out loud. Drop it in the comments. You might find someone else in here carrying the exact same thing.

Asks & Offers is now our space for advertising what you're building, networking with people doing work worth knowing about, and creating real internal support between businesses in this community. The idea is simple. We grow stronger when we grow together. Thank you David for creating this group. Iโm a former financial leader, who decided I wanted to build something a bit different. My expertise has been in biomedical research, life sciences and technology. Entrepreneurship is a lonely journey, and Iโm very grateful for the community.
