@Cohen Mayfield something that helped me a ton was running on the track team. With baseball and track being at the same time you can’t really run in any track meets but going to track practice everyday and running against guys who are faster than you will help. Just make sure you tell your coach you wanna be a sprinter.

Im big on knowing the scouting report for the guy hitting after me, if he struggles with chase pitches or if he hammers heaters etc.

It’s a more relaxed/loose feeling forsure, sometimes for me I get too lackadaisical when I have that feeling. As long as your hands get to the point where they need to be then you’re golden (like ohtani) 😎
