@everyone Highly recommend you start to notice how you’re talking to yourself. You have to go to school? No, you get to. You have to go practice? What are your goals? You’re blessed to have the ability to get to practice. Your arms work. Your eyes work. Your brain and body connection can pick up a ball flying through the air and you swing a round bat and get to it feel that perfect feeling of squaring it up. How you talk to yourself is everything.
