@everyone Highly recommend you start to notice how you’re talking to yourself. You have to go to school? No, you get to. You have to go practice? What are your goals? You’re blessed to have the ability to get to practice. Your arms work. Your eyes work. Your brain and body connection can pick up a ball flying through the air and you swing a round bat and get to it feel that perfect feeling of squaring it up. How you talk to yourself is everything. Make this shift today and notice how much more disciplined you’ll become in a short time.

How to Post a Video in Skool ⚡️
In order to post a video in Skool so everyone can click and watch, you need to upload the video to youtube, vimeo, loom, etc. Here is a video on how to add a clip to youtube "unlisted" so no one can see it except for you. With that said, if you're a coach or a player, social media isn't going anywhere and maybe this will give you a push to start posting on youtube so people know who you are and start sharing with the world your knowledge!
