Good morning, beautiful souls. When tuning into our group, I pulled this card from the deck of the Infinite. Everything in our environment, and in our bodies, and in the world has a song to sing when we are open to receive and deeply listen we are able to hear it. All of these songs contribute to the masterpiece of the whole, like voices of a symphony in the One life. These cards were received by Almine the Seer, my soul sister, guide, teacher.

So many things came up for me in this class... First the hugging self and gently singing was so comforting. I use to sing to myself often at a different point in my life. I find myself making sounds while doing another task, cleaning, making art, gardening. I really enjoyed the facial massage and felt it the next day. I hold a lot of tension in my face. Holding a sound, the vowels, and making different sounds moving your face around. (So much information in this class to list!) Biggest takeaway would be to not judge yourself and take your mind away from "perfection" and just play. I had taken vocal lessons in the past and there is so many things to remember. The hardest thing for me currently is getting the sound to not break up, but maybe I'm lacking breath support. Is there exercises for better breathing and holding a longer note?

There’s something really exciting I want to share with you all. I'm excited anyway 😁 I’ve found my soul root frequency with my new bowl. From the very first moment I played it, I could feel it land - not just in the space around me, but deep within my body. It resonates in a way I can’t quite put into words. It's like it knows exactly where to go, touching every place that needs to be softened and opened. What’s been most profound is how it’s changed my toning. My voice has become so fluid, natural and much more effortless. There’s no thinking, no trying, just a beautiful flow. It feels like a conversation rather than something I’m “doing.” This bowl has become an anchor for me and a frequency I am returning to again and again. I can’t wait to play more with this and weave it into some sound journeys as soon as I get my new space set up, which will hopefully be in the next few weeks. It’s 6:30 AM and I jumped out of bed and was really inspired to share a new manifest quest! The Community Quest: begin a daily toning ritual as a community to uplift ourselves in a chosen area of our lives while bringing out our authentic expression. I will record a routine for us that we can just plug and play and tone, for whatever time works best for you. Also I will schedule some live meetings. I'm on lesson 4 of quick guide to the Singing Bowls and I got chills when you said to remember that the bowls are alive and that I'm forming a relationship with. Mine are new and were gifted to me and I've not had much time this week to pull them out and I literally have felt like they were "calling me" to let them out...I love it and taking them on the deck this afternoon so we can "get connected" lol. Beautiful!
