There’s something really exciting I want to share with you all. I'm excited anyway 😁

I’ve found my soul root frequency with my new bowl.

From the very first moment I played it, I could feel it land - not just in the space around me, but deep within my body. It resonates in a way I can’t quite put into words. It's like it knows exactly where to go, touching every place that needs to be softened and opened.

What’s been most profound is how it’s changed my toning. My voice has become so fluid, natural and much more effortless. There’s no thinking, no trying, just a beautiful flow.

It feels like a conversation rather than something I’m “doing.”

This bowl has become an anchor for me and a frequency I am returning to again and again.

I can’t wait to play more with this and weave it into some sound journeys as soon as I get my new space set up, which will hopefully be in the next few weeks.
