Post holiday slump here is why ...
It's that time where we might feel a little more agitated, sleepy, brain foggy, even sick and inflamed have you ever noticed this trend? It seems your hit with not feeling like your best self and do you know the big contributor here? Often times it's linked backed to what we are eating and the sugar laiden treats impact you more than you know. 😩Processed sugar actually creates inflammation in the body - inflammation is the major cause of all health issues 😭It also robs your body of essential nutrients 🥗the reality is even if your eating healthy food your body is getting robbed those nutrients in able to break down sugar 🤧One teaspoon of sugar depletes the immune system for 5 hrs - imagine if you start your day with a peppermint sweetened coffee (4grams of sugar) a few hrs later you have a cookie at lunch and maybe a 🍫 at dinner that's suppression of your immune system all day long - no wonder why your sick again! 🤯sugar actually creates imbalances in your brain leading to anxiety , depression and brain fog Are you ready to ditch the processed sugar to stand for better health? Feeling like the best version of you? Comment below I would love to hear who is ready to move 2025 with health in mind💕

Some days, I am ready and willing! One bite - one cookie? Possibly some can cut themselves off after one...not me! I'm rarely a one and done. So...I just SAY NO!
A new food routine
Before you eat pause look at your food ,smell it , observe the colors on your plate. Sit in gratitude allow this pause to first take place to allow a chance for your salary glands to kick in which helps with the breakdown of your carbohydrates.... Step one take a pause - you will learn more about eating in gut health section but first we start with the SPA or smallest possible action to start to change our unconscious behaviors🥣🥦🥗🍳 What are your food rituals? Do you have any? What helps you get present when eating?

Castor oil cure
Castor oil has been used for centuries as a natural remedy due to its impressive healing properties. It is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal. When applied topically, castor oil can help soothe dry skin, reduce joint pain, and even support hair growth by nourishing the scalp. Its high concentration of ricinoleic acid makes it a powerful agent for improving digestion, reducing menstrual discomfort, and boosting the immune system when used as part of a castor oil pack placed on the abdomen. Many women turn to castor oil for its potential benefits in improving reproductive health, as it is believed to support lymphatic drainage, promote circulation, and reduce inflammation—all of which are key for a balanced hormonal environment. **Have you ever used castor oil in your wellness routine? If so, what benefits have you experienced? If not, are you curious to try it for any specific health concerns?**

We have! I used it on my face and joints. It definitely helped with joint pain. And Uncle mark used it on a spot on his nose, along with frankincense oil , which in time took it right away. I love your reference to the abdominal pack for immunity.

Did you know ???
Infertility affects both women and men—it's not just a women's health issue. Roughly 10-15% of couples struggle with infertility, with causes attributed to BOTH male and female factors. - About one-third of infertility cases are linked to female factors, such as ovulation disorders, fallopian tube issues, or endometriosis. - Another third are due to male factors, including low sperm count, poor sperm motility, or hormonal imbalances. - The rest is a COMBINATION of both male and female factors or unexplained, meaning doctors can't pinpoint a specific reason. This is why we made a tracker that isn't just for women but for their partners too!! Check it out you can earn this as you level up in points FREE!!
