Hey guys, exciting to share the news - I've started a new challenge and your support is highly appreciated 😀 Ideally after 100 days I won't recognize myself. But hopefuly only in a good meaning ))))
- Each day out of 100 I will be running at least 5km
- I want to push myself even more - each day I want to add 100m to challenge my challenge 😀😀😀
- I am also working on improvement my endurance consecutive pushups. My record is 231 so far and I want to be better. The rules are that you hold active plank position and doing pushups. Allowed to take of your 1 hand occasionally but not allowed to stand on your knees.
- And I am also working out at least 1 hout but it can be anything sport related really - I don't want to harm myself but improve. That is why I am very cautious about what I do and how I feel.
