Gratitude IS KEY 🔑
When we slow down, we realize we don’t need to chase extraordinary moments to feel fulfilled. Everything we’re grateful for is already right in front of us … when we’re paying attention. You must become AWARE of yourself. 💯 Today, we practice gratitude with stillness, frequency, and presence. Sunday Gratitude Practice (10 minutes) Find a quiet place. Sit or lie down comfortably. • Start the meditation song I attached • Close your eyes • Take a few slow breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth Let your body soften. No thinking. No forcing gratitude. Just receiving. After a few minutes, open your journal and gently reflect on these questions: 1. What is something simple in my life right now that I usually overlook but deeply appreciate? 2. Where in my body do I feel the most calm in this moment? 3. What has been supporting me lately that I haven’t acknowledged yet? 4. What part of my life feels steady, safe, or held right now? 5. What am I grateful for about myself today? Write slowly and pause between each answer. If your mind goes quiet . Just let it. Silence is gratitude too. Close by placing a hand on your heart and taking one deep breath. Nothing is missing. You are already everything you could ever imagine. Let today be gentle. Use Your Weekend As A RESET.
Did you actually show up for yourself this week… or did you repeat your same cycles again? I want you to start using your weekend as a RESET. RINSE & REPEAT. 💯 Weekends are not for escaping your life. They are for realigning with yourself calmly and intentionally. Before tonight: - Ask yourself what drained you this week. - Ask yourself what gave you energy. Then do this reset practice: - Write down one habit or pattern you’re done carrying into next week. - Write down one small shift you’re committing to instead (keep it realistic). - Say it out loud once. Ground yourself into this commitment and stick to it 💯💯 Momentum isn’t built by doing everything. It’s built by doing the right next thing consistently.

Your words, thoughts, emotions, and actions create your results. The subconscious mind runs whatever script you repeat day after day. Sit or lay down. Close your eyes. Minute 1 — Regulate Inhale through your nose for 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6. Let your body soften. The body must feel safe to reprogram. Minute 2 — Ask the Subconscious Silently ask: “Subconscious… what would it feel like to have $50,000 in my bank account right now?” Don’t force an answer. Let a feeling arise. Minute 3 — Become the Version See yourself as that version of you. How do you walk? How do you carry yourself? How do you speak and move through rooms? Feel the calm. The certainty. The grounded power. Minute 4 — Identity + Action Notice: • What decisions do you make differently? • What do you invest in now? • What no longer stresses you? • How do you use money with ease? See how naturally money flows through you. Minute 5 — Expansion See who you help. Who benefits from your overflow? How your wealth creates stability, opportunity, and impact. Lock this in with one breath and say internally: “This is who I am now.”

@Amier Ervin Great question. Don’t echo the money first , echo the identity and regulation of the version of you who naturally holds it ! Yo million dollar self moves without urgency, makes decisions from clarity (not fear), keeps promises to themselves, and acts from overflow. Echo that today through your habits, self talk, boundaries, and standards NOT through forcing outcomes which is what so many people struggle with including myself at times 💯we are all human , it’s about becoming AWARE of these things. When the nervous system feels safe and the identity is embodied, the money becomes a byproduct. Ask yourself daily: “How does my regulated, abundant self move right now?” Talk to yourself. That is your Higher Self communicating with your lower self. Listen to that echo and FULLY embody it. You ALREADY are everything you can think of and MORE. 💯💯
The food practice that regulates your nervous system
Tonight, treat eating as a regulation practice. Put your phone away. No TV. No noise. Go sit somewhere quiet and safe. Sit down and do NOTHING for a moment. Do not rush into the meal. Let your body arrive before you eat. As you eat, slow yourself on purpose. If you notice yourself eating fast … slow down. Put the fork down between bites. Chew fully. Breathe. If your mind starts racing, don’t fight it. Bring your awareness back into your body. Ask yourself: - How do my legs feel as they rest on the ground? - What does my stomach feel like right now? - Can I feel my feet touching the floor? Each time you return to the body, you return to safety.This practice isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness. And awareness is the first step to change. Slow your dinner. Slow your night. Let your nervous system reset.Your body knows the way.
SUNDAY — RETURN TO SOURCE
Today is not about becoming anything. It’s about remembering who God already made you. When you stop striving, you can finally hear higher power . God doesn’t rush. God doesn’t yell. God speaks in stillness. 🕊 Sunday Source Practice (never done like this): Sit somewhere quiet. Place one hand on your heart, one on your lower belly. Close your eyes. Out loud, say: “God, I release control today.” Then stay silent for 90 seconds. No affirmations. No asking. No thinking. Just listening. If a word, image, or feeling comes, receive it. If nothing comes, that’s still trust. End by saying: “I trust You with what I cannot see yet.” That’s it. Your job today is not to fix your life. It’s to stay open. God is already moving. Even in the quiet. 🤍
