or did you repeat your same cycles again? I want you to start using your weekend as a RESET. RINSE & REPEAT. 💯
Weekends are not for escaping your life. They are for realigning with yourself calmly and intentionally.
Before tonight:
  • Ask yourself what drained you this week.
  • Ask yourself what gave you energy.
Then do this reset practice:
  • Write down one habit or pattern you’re done carrying into next week.
  • Write down one small shift you’re committing to instead (keep it realistic).
  • Say it out loud once. Ground yourself into this commitment and stick to it 💯💯
Momentum isn’t built by doing everything.
It’s built by doing the right next thing consistently.
