Gratitude IS KEY 🔑
When we slow down, we realize we don’t need to chase extraordinary moments to feel fulfilled.
Everything we’re grateful for is already right in front of us … when we’re paying attention. You must become AWARE of yourself. 💯
Today, we practice gratitude with stillness, frequency, and presence.
Sunday Gratitude Practice (10 minutes)
Find a quiet place. Sit or lie down comfortably.
• Start the meditation song I attached
• Close your eyes
• Take a few slow breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth
Let your body soften.
No thinking. No forcing gratitude. Just receiving.
After a few minutes, open your journal and gently reflect on these questions:
  1. What is something simple in my life right now that I usually overlook but deeply appreciate?
  2. Where in my body do I feel the most calm in this moment?
  3. What has been supporting me lately that I haven’t acknowledged yet?
  4. What part of my life feels steady, safe, or held right now?
  5. What am I grateful for about myself today?
Write slowly and pause between each answer.
If your mind goes quiet . Just let it. Silence is gratitude too. Close by placing a hand on your heart and taking one deep breath.
Nothing is missing. You are already everything you could ever imagine. Let today be gentle.
