Forbes It’s the first Monday of March, and spring is just around the corner, friends 🌸 As the quote reminds us, the habits and choices you plant now will shape how you feel for the rest of the year. Simply put—what you do today matters. Coming out of winter, many of us naturally focused on simplifying, resetting, and pulling back a bit. That can be a really supportive season. But just like nature doesn’t stay in winter forever, our bodies aren’t meant to live in a constant “pull-back” mode either. Spring is about renewal, energy, and gentle expansion 🌱 It’s a time to support your metabolism, hormones, and nervous system so your body feels safe, energized, and strong—not burned out or depleted. This month, we’re intentionally adding a bit more support and nourishment to match our training and recovery—especially as we focus on building strength. Think of this as setting the foundation for sustainable energy, resilience, and long-term progress. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be diving deeper into metabolic health—what it actually means, how it’s impacted by stress, under-fueling, sleep, movement, and mindset, and how to support it without extremes or confusion. There’s so much noise out there—but you deserve clarity and confidence when it comes to caring for your body 💛 It’s going to be an incredible few weeks, and you’re going to feel more empowered, more informed, and more in tune with your body than ever 🙌🌷
