GRATEFUL🥰
It's great to be able to write at level 2, hoha! 😎🥳 The truth is that I have learned a lot in this short period here. My confidence level is building up. I have also learned how to identify the good, the bad, and the ugly - sharks! Thanks to a great community and platform where we can all come to learn and share. I look forward to future growth overall. Thanks, @Jay Feldman and team!

I'm launching my first campaign on Instantly!
I'm excited to get started. I've been warming up my inboxes for over 7 weeks now, 25 inboxes on 5 domains. I've filtered my list to exclude leads who do not fit my ICP. I've verified the e-mails on my lead list. I've written e-mail copy with SPINTAX. I've removed spammy words. I also put all leads with Microsoft/Outlook inboxes in a separate campaign out of fear for ending up in spam. Seems like I do fine with all other ESPs but little to no success with Microsoft/Outlook. Quick question: Does including phone number, full name and full company name hurt or boost deliverability? Currently I'm including all of this in my signature. "William Marksen 070 - 53 74 628 Marksen Digital Solutions" But I think I saw in one of Jays videos a way back that it's better to keep the signature general so it doesn't stand out which increases the likelihood of it being be recognized and eventually marked as spam.

Hello@William Marksén, excellent setup! A few things to watch for better deliverability: - What’s your daily sending volume per account? High volume, even from warmed-up inboxes, can trigger ESP filters. - Are you sending via direct ESPs, such as Google/Outlook, or through a reseller? The source affects inbox placement. - Don’t use the same signature across all accounts. ESPs flag repeated patterns, especially when sending similar copies. Rotate or vary your signature slightly to stay safe. Minor tweaks like these can make a huge difference, especially with Outlook.

@William Marksén lovely
Target Real Estate Agencies to implement AI Assistants
This is my first campaign. I got lead list from Apollo of UAE Real Estate Agencies with roles Owner, Director, CEO, CTO, Manager, and Founder. The headcount size is 51-200. Here's my copy: Subject: Delayed replies cost deals. Let’s fix. Hi {{firstName}} , Many agencies like {{companyName}} struggle to respond to leads faster, and it often means losing deals. Teams that reply within 5 minutes are 21x more likely to close deals compared to those that wait 30 minutes. That’s why top agencies are turning to AI Assistants to: - Reply faster - Recommend listings - Qualify leads with smart questions - Book appointments It’s a simple way to boost conversions without adding pressure to the team. Curious how it could work? Reply with AI ASSISTANT, and I’ll send over a complete plan. {{accountSignature}} --------------------------------------------- The problem is: I am getting 71% open rate but 0 reply rate. The first copy has been sent to 3000+ agencies. I wanna know if the problem is with the copy or the lead list? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Farooq Choudhary, Honestly, you won’t see much success with this copy because everyone is sending similar offers. Over the last 2–3 years, nearly 99% of agencies and individuals in our lead generation niche have sent cold emails like this. Business inboxes are already flooded with generic pitches, so a generic pitch like this just doesn’t stand out anymore To get real results, you need to offer something unique that almost no one else is providing. For example, you could approach real estate agencies like this: "Would you like to try my AI Assistant for 1 month completely free, with all features available? Based on your results, I can then customize this AI specifically for your business." This approach works because: 1.You’re giving value first, instead of just selling. 2.You create curiosity and engagement, making them more likely to respond or schedule a meeting. 3.Even if the response is negative, it’s polite, and at least you’re building trust and credibility. If you tweak your messaging like this, you’re far more likely to get positive replies and meaningful conversations, rather than getting lost in a sea of generic pitches.
How I Send 2,500 Cold Emails for Free Every 2 Weeks
What's up y'all, if you're just starting out and want to use email outreach, I wanted to share a hack I've been using to send out a decent amount of emails for free :) 1. Create free inboxes. I used Zoho and some spare domains to make multiple email addresses. (You can also use free gmail accounts - I've done this as wel) 2. Sign up for SmartLead’s free trial. They give you 2500 emails and 1250 active contacts during the 2 week free trial. (Much better than Instantly free trial) 3. Connect email accounts. They let you connect unlimited email accounts in the free trial. I created multiple new Smartlead accounts and did this on repeat to get my first couple of clients, so I figured I'd share it with the group💪🏾

Nice share, thanks for the hack! A couple of important cautions I’d add from experience: 1. Zoho stopped allowing cold email campaigns about two years ago, and their deliverability for outreach is often worse than Gmail/Google Workspace. So relying on Zoho for mass cold outreach is risky. 2. Google Workspace is more reliable for deliverability, but it’s pricier (official plans are around ~$7+ per account). That’s why some people buy very cheap reseller panels or EDU-based account dumps sold for $1.5–$2; those panels can create thousands of accounts quickly. 3. Those cheap panels are a huge red flag: they’re frequently used to send mass “email-bombing” campaigns and duplicate spam, and Google quickly detects and suspends those accounts. Using them puts your deliverability, reputation, and campaigns at serious risk. If your goal is sustainable outreach, consider using a reputable provider (Google Workspace or a trusted ESP), warming up and verifying inboxes, keeping volumes gradual, and following anti-spam rules. Short-term hacks can get you results once, but they often end with bans and ruined sender reputations.
