Inbox placement testing not working?
I did some inbox placement testing a few days ago and it ran smoothly and I got som results back. Then I tried setting up an automated inbox placement testing but it hasn't sent any inbox testing e-mails for several days. Anyone ever encountered this? What might it be
I'm launching my first campaign on Instantly!
I'm excited to get started. I've been warming up my inboxes for over 7 weeks now, 25 inboxes on 5 domains. I've filtered my list to exclude leads who do not fit my ICP. I've verified the e-mails on my lead list. I've written e-mail copy with SPINTAX. I've removed spammy words. I also put all leads with Microsoft/Outlook inboxes in a separate campaign out of fear for ending up in spam. Seems like I do fine with all other ESPs but little to no success with Microsoft/Outlook. Quick question: Does including phone number, full name and full company name hurt or boost deliverability? Currently I'm including all of this in my signature. "William Marksen 070 - 53 74 628 Marksen Digital Solutions" But I think I saw in one of Jays videos a way back that it's better to keep the signature general so it doesn't stand out which increases the likelihood of it being be recognized and eventually marked as spam.

@Grant Charge If I end up in spam when sending to outlook no matter what I do, can that imply that my domain reputation or domain age might be the limiting factor? Or am I simply missing something fundamental in how I formulate my copy?

@Holmes Vera Who's that guy who's built a whole framework just for Microsoft deliverability? I'd love to look him up and learn

@Garret Grant in that case I have to ask, have you learnt any danish? 😆 And on a more serious note, how long have you done cold email for?

@Lucy Snell alright so you’re basically doing lead gen via LinkedIn for agencies using software and AI? That sounds like a valuable service. I might have some referrals for you in the future that I could send your way. Do you work only with the English language or can you adapt the software and the AI to other languages?
COLD EMAIL TO MICROSOFT IS DEAD?
Is anyone having success I'm getting 50-70% landing in spam now... below is what instantly are saying but seems like they don't really have a solution, this has been going on for too long now. what are you guys doing? Outlook and Office 365 have recently made their spam filters much stricter, which has resulted in even legitimate emails—including some from Microsoft itself—landing in the spam folder. This is a provider-specific issue and is not caused by your accounts or DNS settings. The situation is expected to be temporary as Microsoft works on adjustments. To improve your chances of reaching the inbox in Outlook, consider these steps: - Use text-only emails. - Test multiple versions of your email copy. - Warm up your sending accounts for 2-3 weeks. - Consider new domains and email accounts. - Contact only verified leads. - Test different email infrastructure providers (e.g., Google, Outlook, Maildoso). - Use "Campaign Filters" to separate Outlook leads into a dedicated campaign. - Try the ESP Routing feature to test different providers for Outlook leads or set rules to avoid sending to Outlook recipients. Keep in mind that no provider can currently guarantee inbox placement with Outlook/Office 365 due to these ongoing changes.

As a noob with only 6 weeks of warmed up inboxes, should I avoid sending to microsoft/outlook all together in the beginning?
