Date:- February 7, 2026 Day:- Saturday Sleep Log: sleep at 12:30AM Wake up at 8:30AM 9:00AM - 11:00AM ---> family time, breakfast, chess, Reading 11:00AM - 12:00PM ---> Reading, watched YT video 12:00PM - 4:00PM ---> Did work on my uni project, prayed Zohar, used mobile 4:00PM - 5:30PM --->post journal on community last day k bhi post k ni kr saki thi kl, prayed Asar, used mobile. 5:30PM - 6:30PM ---> watch YT video, write journal last 2-3 days was less productive because having More Family Time

[ I saw a reel abt it When you blame others: - Brain activates stress & defense circuits - Cortisol increases (stress hormone) - Brain feels temporary relief (“it’s not my fault”) - But… dopamine drops - Growth stops because there’s nothing you can control Blame = emotional comfort + zero improvement When you take responsibility: - Brain releases dopamine (motivation + learning) - Prefrontal cortex activates (planning, focus) - You feel discomfort first, but then clarity - Brain starts asking: Responsibility = short-term discomfort + long-term power] When You take ownership you gain clarity, control and confidence.
