- But… dopamine drops
- Growth stops because there’s nothing you can control
Blame = emotional comfort + zero improvement
When you take responsibility:
- Brain releases dopamine (motivation + learning)
- Prefrontal cortex activates (planning, focus)
- You feel discomfort first, but then clarity
- Brain starts asking:
Responsibility = short-term discomfort + long-term power]
When You take ownership you gain clarity, control and confidence.
