Torn 😃😒😳🫤
Day 1 Done! Biggest insight: even though my evenness for learning and gaining insight and clarity, i'm continuing to educate myself on healing and whatever else, it is extremely important.And good, I need to change the way I do it and not start it first thing in the morning lol 😅. I'd say it was like, when I lose my train of thought and get lost for words like not being able to explain my thoughts, feelings, impact, experience or the things I've learned and that my unhailed trauma, I am constantly living in survival, and having high cortisol is the reason. My open loop is: A task I've been meaning to do and keep putting off is finishing the second Alter, I started weeks ago. I need to write what I surrender on the sticky note. One word for how I feel right now: Torn

Growing, Healing, and Learning to Do Things Differently. Learning to Work With My Brain, Not Against It
Hi, my name is Hooly Kitaresku or Ms✝️Holly♡Berry , and I’m from Mississauga, Ontario. I’m not currently working due to chronic pain and mental health challenges, but I’ve been doing a lot of deep inner work and learning how my brain, body, and nervous system actually function. I tend to understand things on a deeper level and connect ideas quickly, especially around emotional patterns, communication, and relationships, even though I sometimes struggle to express it clearly in the moment. You can ask me about ADHD, emotional regulation, feeling misunderstood, and relationship dynamics. I’m also REALLY interested & INVESTED emotionally in the connection between the brain and body—especially how stress and unprocessed experiences can show up physically, including chronic pain, and how the body can signal when something needs attention or healing. I’ve spent a lot of time learning about trauma, emotional patterns, and how difficult relationship dynamics—like inconsistency, lack of emotional safety, or manipulation—can affect your sense of self and your ability to trust your own feelings. I’m especially passionate about understanding why people sometimes accept less than they need—like “breadcrumbs”—when they’ve been emotionally deprived for a long time, and how that impacts self-worth, fulfillment, and long-term happiness. I’ve been through and experienced a LOT personally, which is a BIG part of why I’m so deeply and personally invested in learning and understanding these things. It’s not just something I’m casually interested in—I ACTIVELY seek out information, reflect on it, and try to apply what I’m learning in my own life. I’m especially interested in the deeper layers behind what people experience, including the emotional, psychological, and spiritual side of things. From my perspective, that can also include spiritual warfare, and how unseen battles can affect our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I’m still learning and growing in my understanding, but it’s something that matters deeply to me.

Interesting start
Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and already realized something. The years I spent feeling "not enough" in a sales role weren't proof I was broken. They were proof I was forcing a brain wired for depth and integrity into a system built for something completely different. That reframe alone is worth sitting with. Roll on tomorrow!

Does ANYONE know if u r supposed to do the AI thing B4 OR AFTER the 5 Day ADHD Challenge??? 🤔 cus 1 place says to do it AFTER The 5 Day ADHD Challenge where as somewhere else makes it sound like ur supposed to or can do it BEFORE hand so it’s confusing me lol 😒😕🤔🫤🤷🏽‍♀️😅
