Oh yeah. I'm in Michigan. It's been 1 degree with the "real feel" temperature around -17. Brrr. Our roads are very icy.

If you’re on HRT, what side effect worried you most before starting? Did you end up experiencing it, and if so, how did you manage it?

I'm on the estradiol patch, but I haven't had any side effects.

I have a prescription for Miebo. It really helps. I've also used Systane in the past. It worked well, too.

@Jody Lindsey I've been on Saw Palmetto for a month. Hoping it helps with my hair loss.
Progesterone
I’m on 100mg progesterone on day 5 through day 25. I first started this protocol last month. It was only 20 days because of where I was at in my cycle. I also had my usual cervical mucus cycle in there too. I stopped the progesterone on day 25 and got my period 3 days later. This cycle was totally different. I started progesterone on day 5, no mucus cycle and my period started on day 20 and I was still taking progesterone. Now, my question is, why did my period start while still taking the progesterone? Isn’t it suppose to stay up while on progesterone and then drop off and period start a few days after? Can someone educate me? Do I stop the progesterone since I got my period? I do understand somewhat how progesterone works because I had years of infertility treatments. Doing it for perimenopause is different for me. I see my doctor the 22nd of this month and I will be asking her too. Thank you.

I tried oral progesterone once. I had a period that lasted over 3 weeks, so my doctor prescribed it to stop that period. I felt really fatigued on the progesterone. It makes me worry about the future when I need it with my HRT. I'm on the estradiol patch now and still taking progestin-only birth control pills.
