Hi All! Happy to have joined! I am 44 and in perimenopause and am on HRT, but it's a roller coaster, especially the gut and insulin resistance piece! Looking forward to learning from all of you, so I can take comfort in knowing I am not alone in my symptoms and feelings. I am excited to join this group and learn more about this crazy stage of life! I am 46 and feel like crap but all blood work is great (I am grateful for that). However I also want to feel GREAT! So ready to learn and make some changes. My first appointment is this Friday May 8! 🩷
