So I've taken notes and watched the 12HR masterclass and wanted to get some feedback for my first email I plan to send for my niche. I'm going to A/B test this Email 1 Subject Line: Quick manufacturing research question Email Body: Conducting research on SMB manufacturers, {{firstName}}. Looking at how 20-50 employee companies handle quote generation as they grow. {{companyName}} appeared in my google search, guessing it's because you have custom machining capabilities and have been in business for a while now. Quick question for my research: How fast do you process quotes? 2 hours? same day? next day? Would you be open to revealing your quote process to me for my research? I would appreciate it. Just let me know and I'll send you the results of the benchmark after I analyze {{companyName}}'s situation. I'm from the UK. I personally find the US market vs the UK very different when it comes to messaging as well. This is just my own 'opinions' but I feel the UK market is slightly lagged on AI as well as the messaging is very different, the UK market seems to be very direct with messaging.

Offer help
So I've just started running my campaign, 90 emails have been sent so far with a 4.4% reply rate but none of those are positive. Is it worth changing my offer now or waiting? I was maybe thinking about waiting for 10 replies and if we have no positive replies then change the offer. My current offer is very simple, reply yes and we send over 10 warm leads that are practically raising there hands for your services before your competitor reaches out to them.

This will be going to recruitments firms this is what I've come up with so far Subject line: did you see what {{Competitor}} is up to {{FirstName}}? Context: Well well well… if it isn’t {{Competitor}} arch-nemesis, hello {{FirstName}}. thirty seven percent of recruitment firm leaders say the biggest obstacle to getting fresh clients is other agencies getting there first. Translation? The firms that succeed are the ones who reach out before you even notice, more often, and with sharper targeting. What my plan is once they reply isn't to get them on a call, it's to go on their website find their niche, then scrape 20-30 companies on particular sites advertising for these types of jobs, then providing them the data.
