Aj ka day kaafi slow start Howa ha....mood hi ni ho raha Kuch krny ko....na stretching na exercise....but I won't quit... inshallah will do steps... Breakfast: barley porridge cooked in water and added a small qt of milk(sugar free) + 1 boiled egg and chai

Yesterday January 8 was the day when I committed to myself to “Just Start”. To not think of the end line and not perfection . Just one step at a time . Achievements Worked on portion control Went on 30 mins walk Avoided emotional snacking Completed 6700 steps

My name is Hareem Hassan from Dubai. Currently in Lahore for a month. I am 28 years old, 93 kg and 5’5 in height . I live alone with my husband and currently am a housewife . I have been dealing with hormonal imbalance on and off for past 10 years Goal 2026. My goal is to develop consistent and sustainable habits and mange insulin residence and conceive naturally. Struggle: My biggest struggle is managing routine and being consistent. Also now with having lower back pains and undergoing physiotherapy. However I’ll never give up and always keep trying.
