A Quick Look at Everything I’m Juggling (and Not Dropping… Yet)
What I’ve Got on the Go Right Now: • Working through the Skool 28 Day Traffic Challenge • Finish building out the Letting Go: Inhale Courage, Exhale Fear 3 month course for the Skool community • Growing my YouTube channel @RiseWithJewels • Growing my Skool community, The Courage Collective • Selling wholesale (small orders for now) to local entrepreneurs • Just launched the new spiral version of my BREATHE guided mental health journal • Putting the finishing touches on my 3rd premium guided journal and aiming for a spring or summer 2026 launch • Building out multiple income streams tied to journaling, mental health, and community support • Building a new website that will showcase my premium journals, YouTube Channel and Skool Community • Building several AI Assistant/Bots to make my extremely busy life easier to manage (I just finish a paid webinar on how to create AI assistants. Now I just need to find the time to create them.) • Apply for funding so I can attend the London, England Stationary Conference in May, 2026! I've got my hostel booked! YUP, I'm staying at a hostel.

Woww!!! Thats a lot!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

As @Sybil Hall encouraged us to share our journey, I’ll give a quick overview of mine 🙂 I’ve been working on my business for what feels like ages. I think it was around 2018/2019 when I started learning WordPress, social media, marketing, working on offers, and so on. I built websites, started Instagram and Pinterest, created lead magnets, then deleted everything again. It was exhausting because nothing ever clicked and nothing felt right 😐 Since childhood, I’ve known that I wanted to write books, but I never knew about what. 1. This year several things finally clicked: Thanks to Laura, I discovered the journal business, where my love for design, text, and personal development found a home—the right home. 2. I also had the epiphany about what my first real book will be about: toxic experiences in offices and work culture (I’ve had many, especially as an empath). 3. I worked on my first journal from February to November this year, although I had to wait three months for the designer. Now sample stage, and I am getting more nervous by the day!! 4. I completed my website. 5. I’m currently working on the technical setup for my newsletter. 6. I’m starting to work on my lead magnet, which will match my first journal—something like a New Year’s challenge with morning rituals. 7. I would love to start a Skool community, but I’m not sure yet whether I want to appear on video. 8. I want to start an online magazine in Germany about holistic health and personal development (I am a journalist, so the experience is there). ❣️ So, the multiple streams of income would be: - Journals - 1:1 coaching (very limited) - Skool community - Courses for companies (stress management, resilience) - Online magazine: affiliate marketing / sponsored advertorials / selling my own products - Consulting for companies regarding ethical and healthy work culture (this will be a bit further down the line) 💬 What’s holding me back right now or what I want to learn:

What do you need help with in your business right now?
I am reviewing every post in this space this week to pull real topics you need for pop up calls, classroom lessons, and our tier structure. If you want something addressed, say it as clearly as you can so I can build from there. I am also rethinking the pricing. I am considering a one dollar entry instead of free tier because we have already had to decline a few spammy requests, and I want real builders here. If you have strong feelings about that, tell me why. For now, I want to get a pop up call on the calendar this week. What should we talk about? Something with Skool, or something else… Comment with the one business challenge you want help with this week.

One Dollar is absolutely fine. Regarding the topics: Time management (as mentioned already), Amazon REAL costs (I am in a FB group where people mention that they are in debt to Amazon instead of getting paid/how can that be possible?!), Organization of different businesses (like where to put files, everything in Google Drive and/or backup) 🙂
What I worked on this week to add to my income stream
......... Stickers! As I am building out my wholesale catalog and have taken a few courses, I hear repeatedly that it's important to have a collection of different products at various price points so retailers can pick and choose. They should also all be cohesive and relevant to your brand so they fit together when displayed in a shop. Alongside my daily journal and manifestation desk pad, I already have notecards and art prints. I want to add stickers to my collection since they are a very popular item that people like purchasing. Think about it: when you're in a shop, coffee shop, or anywhere really, there are ALWAYS stickers, usually at the checkout. Over the last few months, I started drawing in Procreate (also had to learn that!), which fits my mindful and whimsical stationery brand, and finally made my stickers - at home! I had to learn how and bought a cutting machine that I got off FB Marketplace, brand new. I tested papers and laminates. Lots of fiddling! Here is the result attached. I love them! Even if I don't use stickers myself 🤣. They cost about 20¢ each to make at home, just including material costs, and can sell for between $3 and $5. I will make them myself for now and outsource when volume grows. I also make my greeting cards and art prints at home. Next up will be bookmarks and notepads!

@Claire Morgan I thought about designing mouse pads. Where are your desk pads produced? And do you design and print your art prints at home? Thank you 🌸
