12-week year kick-off is happening in 3 days
We experiment around here
That is part of the culture. One of my recent experiments was saying yes to being a speaker in the AI Driven Business Summit. I almost talked myself out of it. Then I decided to go for it and see what would actually happen. Now I want to look at the data. If my goal in participating was to grow this free Skool, did it work? Did it bring the right people into this room? If you found me through the summit, will you comment below and tell me? I would truly love to know. I could have made that a required entry question when you joined. I chose not to. I wanted you to land here without extra steps. But now I am curious and I care about measuring what matters. Thank you! And if you have not watched my 30 minute session yet, it is waiting for you inside the classroom here in Income Without Burnout. There is also a swag bag I created entirely with NotebookLM AI. It is practical. It is thoughtful. It is very aligned with how we build around here. Go explore when you have time. Then come back and tell me what stuck.

Our 12 Week Year is starting soon
I’m really excited to finally say this out loud. We are starting our 12 Week Year together very soon. I'm adding dates to the calendar now! We’ll officially kick things off on Tuesday, February 17, at 12 PM EST, and between now and then, I’ll be sharing something connected to the 12 Week Year with you almost every day inside this space. Think of these next couple of weeks as a gentle runway. I’ll be dropping tools and ideas to help you slow down, get clear, and shape the next twelve weeks with intention. Nothing overwhelming. Just small pieces that add up. You don’t need to do anything right now. Just stay curious and notice what shows up in your days. So… what is the 12 Week Year? At its core, the 12 Week Year is a way of working that helps you make more progress in 12 weeks than most people do in 12 months. The biggest shift is this: Instead of spreading goals across a long, fuzzy year, we work in a shorter, focused season. That one change alters how you think, plan, and follow through. When the window is smaller, clarity increases. Urgency shows up, but without panic. And momentum becomes easier to build. Here are a few ideas from the book that I’ll come back to again and again: -We focus on execution, not just planning. -We use twelve weeks to create urgency, not stress. -Each week matters because it is a meaningful part of the whole. We choose fewer goals and commit to them fully. And we use systems so we don’t go rogue or burn out halfway through. Most people already work hard. This system helps you work more calmly and intentionally. We’ll be working from the book The 12 Week Year. You’re welcome to grab a copy if that feels supportive, but it’s not required. I’ll also share summaries, videos, and examples so you can fully participate, whether or not you can attend. The shared language we’ll use together You’ll hear these terms a lot inside this space, so I want to name them early. Vision Where you’re going and why it matters to you. This is the why behind the work.
Reset Sunday check in
Last week I got a notice that I needed to make a server change for email. I put it on my list… and then kept moving it to tomorrow all week. So today, before anything else, I am handling it. Not because it is hard, but because it has been living rent free in my head. This is what my resets usually look like. Clearing the one lingering thing so I can start the next week lighter. Anyone else have a small but nagging task that is becoming today’s first move?

I want to share where I’m at and ask for your help
I am deeply committed to building this community for you. Thank you for being here early in the journey. In these first twelve weeks, my goal was simple: 100+ members in the free space and a 5-member VIP beta cohort. Right now we’re at 56 members and 3 VIPs, with two weeks left in this 12-week cycle. The work so far has been intentional. I’ve focused on belonging, safety, and real connection in the community because I never want this to feel like a loud, self-promotional space that no one wants to be. Many of you came from my past communities, and others from ones I trust and love, like Impact Stationery Creators, and I’m grateful for that. My commitment moving forward is this: -Keep the free space genuinely valuable and human -Build a sustainable income stream through guided 12 Week Years in premium and VIP offers -Stay close and listen carefully to you and my VIPs during this beta round before pricing increases for the next cohort (2 spots left) Over the next two weeks, my focus is clear: -Grow from 56 to 100+ active members -Support my VIPs deeply and thoughtfully, and onboard two more lovely people -Show up more consistently in other communities, Skoolers, and with YouTube, even while recovering from being sick (this week's video will be a little late :() Turn this community to PRO and turn on affiliate payments once we hit 100 members, so I can reward you for inviting people you believe in rather than paying for ads. If this group has helped you, I’d love for you to invite friends who are also building. I’d much rather pay community members than Meta. Just grab your invite link and share away. This info is recorded, and you will be paid out if they upgrade as soon as I turn it on. And now a small favor: Can you please take a few minutes to check out the About page and tell me one thing in the comments? https://www.skool.com/multiple-streams-of-income-4358/about

Part 2: Design – Look forward with intention
This is the step that comes after reflection. Not goal setting yet. Not the 12-week year yet. Just getting everything out of your head. After filming this, I showered, felt so light, danced around, and honestly had the best mood shift. Because so much of this has been living in my head for months. If that’s you, hear this clearly. You are not behind. You are just having a hard time getting started. Your prefrontal cortex will thank you for this. Your working memory is not meant to hold everything. Before we start our 12-week year in mid-February, I want you to reflect a little, then start dumping ideas into these six areas. You do not need to finish this. You just need to start. 1. Revenue What income streams do you want to build or simplify this year? What offers keep coming back to you? What do you want more of? What feels exciting but still calm? 2. Spending What tools are you paying for? What needs to go? What is actually worth investing in? Remember, spending less is also a way to create margin. 3. Creation What do you want to make this year? A product, workbook, website refresh, lead magnet, or a new offer? Get it out. Messy is fine. 4. Audience growth Where do you want more eyes and trust? What platform feels realistic? What could you repeat consistently? If people do not see you, they cannot buy from you. 5. Time What is competing for your time right now? What needs boundaries? What do you want to protect? What would make your weeks feel calmer? 6. Well-being What does your body actually need this year? Movement, rest, stress reduction, strength, joy? This is not optional. It is the foundation. A simple way to do this today: Grab one tool — Whiteboard, sticky notes, notebook paper, notes app. Dump everything out. Do not organize it yet. Reflection first. Design second. Goals third. Momentum follows. If you try any part of this, I would love to see photos or hear what shifted for you. Part 1: https://www.skool.com/multiple-streams-of-income-4358/reflecting-on-2025?p=239fe26e
