Here's the thing that deal doesn't quite spell out: You don't have to invent your $100 Hour. You just have to notice it. Every time you answer the same question twice, that's the tell. That's a system standing right in front of you, waiting for you to write it down once instead of answering it forever. A few places this shows up for us: 🏫 Skool classroom — the questions that come up in every cohort get their own lesson, once. ❓ FAQ — the DMs and comments you keep typing the same answer to, turned into a page you can just link. 🎥 Zoom Clip — the thing you keep explaining live gets recorded once, sent forever. 🤖 Claude Project — the context you keep re-explaining to AI gets saved once, so it already knows. None of these are new content. Yesterday I sold $374.86 worth of men’s journals on Amazon. That’s a new PB. Personal best! 🥳 And it gave me a boost of confidence at exactly the right time. Look at the graph. See what starts happening around July 25? I turned up my paid Amazon ads. And they’re working. But here’s the part I’m even more excited about… My next move is NOT doing more myself. Friday morning I’m meeting with an Amazon graphic designer in the Philippines. The plan is to eventually hand off the visual optimization of my Amazon presence: → Gallery images → A+ Content → Brand Story → Amazon Store I can make these things myself. But just because I can doesn’t mean I should. And after that? Handing off ads might be next. “But Sybil, you know how to run your Amazon ads!” Exactly. I can still understand the strategy, watch the numbers, make decisions and stay involved without being the person doing every single piece of the work. I can’t outsource everything at once. But I do have some Kiva money specifically meant to help me grow this business, and this is exactly the kind of investment I want to test. Yesterday set a new baseline: $374.86 in one day. Now let’s see what happens when I improve the listing images, improve the advertising AND remove myself as the bottleneck. I’m coming for my best Q4 yet. Scaling time, baby! 🎉 P.S.
