Today I took my friend to park and asked him to hold my knees and support me while doing pullups because I don't have a resistance band 💀lol I was able to do 5 reps in starting then in next set on the 3rd rep i was failing but I asked him to support me then I did sets with 5 reps till 30 reps total

What is the Workoutstyle you like?
What is your favorite workout style? And why you train like that? For me its a mix of Calisthenics Endurance and Set&Reps. In the Future I like to train a few weeks on weighted Calisthenics to get my basics stronger🙏🏻

@Dogus Erceylan This moment i'm doing pull ups, dips squats and muscle ups 3x a week, Hyper specific because I'm prepping for the World cup qualifier. Focus on getting your weighted pull ups and dips numbers up focusing on strength. Yes you can do blocks of higher reps to build more work capacity and break plateaus, doing high reps with weights will be beneficial. But the bulk should be weighted reps
