Found some time on my lunch break today to get in a quick workout. 1. Deadlift - 10 reps 2. Thruster - 10 reps 3. Snatch - 10 reps Do all 3 movements with the right arm, then all 3 with the left arm. That is 1 round. This can be done as an AMRAP, or for a set number of rounds, whatever you want. I managed to finish 3 total rounds and it probably took me 20 minutes. 20 kg bell used for all movements.
