SAGE help please with getting the best out of it.
Hi all you lovely people. Please can you make suggestions of what questions to ask SAGE to get the best out of my blueprint report? Iโ€™m a little overwhelmed and donโ€™t know where to start. Thank you so much ๐Ÿ™ x

@Melody Vi Hi Melody, thank you for your message ๐Ÿ’› Yes I have my full report and donโ€™t know where to start with it. I think Iโ€™ve worded my request for advice incorrectly by using the word โ€œblueprintโ€ instead of โ€œfull reportโ€. Iโ€™m wondering how is best to try and create a guide of how I can implement all of Jimโ€™s incredible wisdom and advice to help me manage my nervous system/time/mind/energy/structure better. Where to start after completing challenge
Moving forward after completing the 5 day challenge is a bit overwhelming. - I have notes on all 6 days that I need to review as Ive forgotten alot of content/ structure already! - I have loops that I need to write out and complete - I have routines to implement AM and PM - I have a pile of AI generated reports to read property and process - I have The Blue Print Not sure where to start. I have managed to get all in order in a folder. More than I have ever done before! Now task paralasis is setting in. Surrounded by old paperwork not related [one of my loops to do I guess] I have spent a whole day organising it at the desk. Already ignoring some of the tips - lifestyle choices- movement , water , balance !!!! I can't join this cohort unfortunately.
