How is the start of everybody's week??🔥
Happy Monday! How are we all doing this first day of the week? Do we have any goals for the coming week? Somebody practiced some breathwork? And just in case you are curious about my week, I have an awesome start of the Monday🤩. When I wake up, I always first do 20 minutes of yoga, then I do 30 minutes of breathwork. I lengthened my breath work sessions in the morning from 20 minutes to 30 minutes because I want to train my mind to be more peaceful, more calm, and be able to sit still for longer, and it's really paying off already. My goals for the week are to record as much content as I can, not only for the breathwork essentials course, but also for my YouTube channel. In a month I start my new job, and I want to have video scheduled for a few weeks ahead so that the first two weeks of my new job, I can really focus on the job and not have to worry about creating content because it's already uploaded.👍 Last thing, my daughter is coming over this week from the Netherlands because she is having a school holiday, and so she's coming to the Czech Republic. It's always good to have her around and do nice things together, so yes, I'm really looking forward to this week. Grateful. 🙏
