How is the start of everybody's week??🔥
Happy Monday! How are we all doing this first day of the week? Do we have any goals for the coming week? Somebody practiced some breathwork? And just in case you are curious about my week, I have an awesome start of the Monday🤩. When I wake up, I always first do 20 minutes of yoga, then I do 30 minutes of breathwork. I lengthened my breath work sessions in the morning from 20 minutes to 30 minutes because I want to train my mind to be more peaceful, more calm, and be able to sit still for longer, and it's really paying off already. My goals for the week are to record as much content as I can, not only for the breathwork essentials course, but also for my YouTube channel. In a month I start my new job, and I want to have video scheduled for a few weeks ahead so that the first two weeks of my new job, I can really focus on the job and not have to worry about creating content because it's already uploaded.👍 Last thing, my daughter is coming over this week from the Netherlands because she is having a school holiday, and so she's coming to the Czech Republic. It's always good to have her around and do nice things together, so yes, I'm really looking forward to this week. Grateful. 🙏

Happy Monday, Im having a good day. I did my morning routine of exercises and reflection. My goal is to create more content for my Skool also, record some videos. Enjoy the time with your daughter, time is so precious

@Yordi Nolet I followed and did the 2 guided breath-work sessions. I like the way your voice is in the background while you are actually guiding everyone through them. I love the Vegus Nerve video, I was breathing along with it, and could feel the difference. The last video was very interesting also, I followed your guided session again, and breathed along as instructed.

@Yordi Nolet ☺️ it’s all a learning curve for sure, noted re “constructive criticism” same applies to my community also, always good to have feedback when it’s from a helpful space.
How one can influence their mood through breathwork🫁
Yesterday I had a day with quite a few setbacks which causes that I have an extra busy day today, because I had to postpone some taks almost doubling todays work. When I woke up this morning I immediately had this "ughh" feeling, not looking forward to todays day... But fortunately I have my breath as a tool and I have learned the skill to influence my mood through breathwork. So what I did this morning, is sitting down for my breathwork session and after the activating breathwork exercises, which opened up my energy system and improved my focus, I used the meditation to generate a feeling of how I would like to feel today while I was taking very slow, gentle and deep breaths. In this case I wanted to feel vibrant, energetic and motivated. And it might sound too good to be true, but this really worked. It is really as easy as that. It might take some practice at first but when one masters this skill, a person is able to influence their own mood. At this point, I am looking forward to my day and I feel way more energized and motivated then before the breathwork session - This is how powerful the breath and meditation/manifestation can be 🍀 How do you deal with situations or circumstances like this? This is an interesting read Yordi, for me correct breathing is the first step. When I wake up in the morning, I have my morning disciple of exercise, breathwork and intention for the day. It can and does change my focus. Have a great day too. Namaste 🙏

At the moment I am recording a "Breathwork essentials" Course which will be added to the classroom here as soon as it's ready. But that leaves me a question, what more would you like to receive from me in this community? - We are building this together and I am at your service🙏
