Yesterday I had a day with quite a few setbacks which causes that I have an extra busy day today, because I had to postpone some taks almost doubling todays work. When I woke up this morning I immediately had this "ughh" feeling, not looking forward to todays day...
But fortunately I have my breath as a tool and I have learned the skill to influence my mood through breathwork. So what I did this morning, is sitting down for my breathwork session and after the activating breathwork exercises, which opened up my energy system and improved my focus, I used the meditation to generate a feeling of how I would like to feel today while I was taking very slow, gentle and deep breaths. In this case I wanted to feel vibrant, energetic and motivated.
And it might sound too good to be true, but this really worked. It is really as easy as that. It might take some practice at first but when one masters this skill, a person is able to influence their own mood. At this point, I am looking forward to my day and I feel way more energized and motivated then before the breathwork session - This is how powerful the breath and meditation/manifestation can be 🍀
