🎄 Merry Christmas, Caliversity fam! 🎄
I just wanted to take a second to say how much I appreciate all of you. Seriously, this community has grown so much this year, and it’s all because of the energy and effort you bring. Whether it’s sharing ideas, supporting each other, or just showing up, you’ve made this space something really special. I couldn’t be more grateful. ❤️ As we wrap up 2024, I’d love to hear from you: 👉 What’s been your favorite memory this year? 👉 What’s one big goal you’re chasing in 2025? Drop your thoughts below I can’t wait to hear them! Let’s keep this momentum going and make next year even better. Wishing you all the best vibes, lots of laughs, and maybe way too much food this holiday season. You’re the real MVPs. 🥂 Cheers, Francis🎅✨

@Daemon Caliversity Those are amazing goals! Creating a free platform and hitting full planche combos is huge. My favorite memory this year has been tackling some personal challenges and growing from them. What’s been the hardest part of your journey so far?

@Daemon Caliversity Massive respect, man that kind of mental toughness is no joke. It’s awesome that your community keeps you going. What’s something I could help with right now to take some of the stress off from managing the community?
Introduction
Hi I'm Jonathan. I'm 23, 70kg and 178cm. I've been training calisthenics for a year now and progress has been pretty slow because I only spend 15 minutes (currently doing 76 pullups and 100 dips across 5 sets) on my training due to school and other commitments. My current goal is to shed belly fat and get back my 6-pack

Hey Jonathan, welcome to the group! Sounds like you're doing great, especially with your pull-ups and dips. How do you usually fit in your training around your busy schedule?

@Jonathan Teo That’s awesome! I love how you’ve found a way to get both in during that 15-minute window. How’s it been going for you so far?

Hi, I’m Irfan currently 20 years old. I weight 95kg currently used to be 98kg. My height is 168cm and planning to start calisthenic as I can’t even push up my body weight. Hope to be fit and strong for the future. I am currently from Singapore.

Hey Irfan, welcome! It's great that you're jumping into calisthenics. Don't worry about where you start — progress is what matters. What's the first goal you're focusing on with push-ups?

@Irfan Bin Anwar That’s a great approach! Starting slow and nailing the form will pay off. You’ll definitely get there. Have you been doing any other exercises to help with push-ups?"
Hello everyone
I'm Alan, new to the group, joined last night but i guess i forgot to write it last night haha, happy to be here. Anyways, I'm 18, live in California and currently trying to improve my physique. I need to cut, currently i'm 205, although i've come far and lost 30lbs I still need to keep on working.

Welcome, Alan! Congrats on already losing 30lbs 💪 What’s been your go-to strategy so far for cutting?

@Alan Sanchez Love that, man! It’s all about putting in the work, no shortcuts. What’s your favorite cardio to mix things up?
Pullups
I can currently do 2 pullups and I have a question about the strength level 3 in the pullup section. How often do I do that workout like every 2 days or everyday?

Great job on hitting 2 pull-ups! For level 3, I’d recommend doing the workout every other day to give your muscles a chance to recover and grow. How are you feeling after those pull-ups—any soreness or pretty good?
