How Do You Handle Two Weeks of Client Dissatisfaction?
Did you guys turn off voice agents and work only with text? Or how do you handle client dissatisfaction caused by the technology—and how much longer can you realistically push it?

Mostly delays. Sometimes it just doesn’t respond to the caller’s voice. The voice changes during the call. It also changes the accent (from Spanish to English). You can choose a female voice (cloned or not), and then during the conversation it switches to a male voice… As I see, I'm not the only one
Voice Assistant Response Delay and Inconsistent Tone
@Mike Copeland a little help. I received client feedback that highlights two issues: 1. Response Delay – After the user speaks, the bot takes a few seconds before responding. This pause makes the conversation feel unnatural. 2. Tone Consistency – The assistant’s voice doesn’t sound energetic or helpful, and the tone varies during the call (increase/decrease). At times, it feels like the voice died. The client specifically mentioned: “I tested it but seems like there are still pauses and not very energetic. She doesn’t sound very helpful or energetic. Also, please ensure the tone remains consistent throughout the call and does not increase or decrease.” Has anyone faced similar issues with latency in responses or voice consistency? - Are there recommended settings or best practices to reduce the pause between user input and bot response? - How can I ensure the assistant maintains a consistent, energetic tone throughout the call?

Move Remaining Balances from Inactive Sub-Accounts
I have around 30 sub-accounts that are no longer active but still show a positive balance. How can I transfer those funds back to my agency balance? I have clients asking the same thing, and I’m uncomfortable telling them that money would be lost.
