I've created a Q&A formatted KB for a client, but the voice assistant isn't pulling any information from it. It's working with Chat, but I cannot get it to work with voice. I clicked the ENABLE VOICE then the CONFIRM button in the popup, and it just spins. After awhile, the popup closes, and the ENABLE VOICE button is still active.

Does anyone have an idea? Maybe it’s related to the KB being loaded on Buildship? I've added a video. PS: the prompt is 5k characters
