I've sent the invitation to three different email addresses for a client, none of whom have received the email to activate the account, and my client can't log into their Assistable sub-account. @Jorden Williams Several days ago, I talked here about the irregular charging of GPT-4o tokens using my OpenAI API Key. I told you that I have all my agents using the GPT-5-Nano model, and I don't know where they're using the more expensive GPT-4o model. Some days they charge it and other days they don't. That seems like a mistake on their part. Today, for example, is the day they've charged me the most. I've attached an image. I need to know why this is happening and if you can fix it. Also, if you can implement a way for me to disable the GPT-4o model for some or all of my subaccounts from my enterprise account, or at least allow each of my clients to enter their OpenAI API Key @Jorden Williams .
