I’m curious if anyone here includes a penalty clause in their contracts to encourage clients to attend regular update meetings. Lately, I’ve noticed some clients frequently miss our weekly update meetings, which ends up delaying approvals and deliverables. I’m considering adding a small penalty clause to future contracts, something like a fee that carries over to the next invoice if a client misses a meeting without at least 24 hours’ notice (exceptions for genuine emergencies, of course). Has anyone here implemented something similar?

Should I scale or not?
Hey everyone 👋 I’d love to get your feedback on one of my client campaigns and what the next steps should be. So far, we’ve spent $8,568.74 on one ad and generated: - 46 booked calls (42 showed up) → $204 Cost per Show-Up - 6 clients closed → $1,428 Cost per Acquisition - Average case value: ~$12,000 per client - Total revenue: ~$84,500 → roughly a 10x ROI We’re currently spending $150/day, and based on performance, I’m considering scaling to $300/day, which could potentially double client volume to around 12+ clients (≈$168,000 revenue). 👉 My question: Would you recommend scaling the budget now, or should we first optimize certain parts of the funnel (e.g., ad creative, offer, or follow-up system) before doubling spend? What would be your next strategic move to safely and efficiently scale this campaign?
🔴 I hate personal injury leads...
I’ve been facing some challenges in acquiring quality personal injury leads from specific states. Despite the high cost per lead, many of the leads we do get end up being unqualified. Often, they either forget providing their information, or when we implement phone verification, they don’t answer calls, even after multiple follow-ups. I’m curious if anyone in the community has experience with alternative methods, such as extracting leads from police reports or purchasing reports that are within the statute of limitations. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Closing Issues + Help!
I’m running into a closing issue with one of my clients and would love your perspective. Her closing is honestly horrible. I’ve given her a full sales training video, plus actual video examples of how a strong sales call should flow. She’s watched them, we’ve gone over the framework multiple times, and I’ve reminded her of the structure during coaching sessions. But when it comes time to execute, she constantly forgets the structure of the sales call. Instead of sticking to the process, she drifts into old habits, goes off-script, and loses control of the conversation, which ends up killing her chances of closing. At this point, I feel like I’ve equipped her with everything she needs, but the problem is she doesn’t implement it consistently. I don’t want to immediately jump to hiring a closer for her, but I also can’t let this keep going because it’s hurting results. If you were in my position, what would you do with a client like this who refuses to stick to the sales structure, even after training and examples, besides replacing them with a closer?
🔴 Do LLA still work?
I created a lookalike audience from a custom audience of 200 qualified people who booked calls, but Meta says the audience is too small to launch. Do I still need at least 1,000 people in the source audience, or can smaller lists (e.g. 150–200) still work like they used to? Also, do LLA still work better than open/interest based targeting?
