🔴 Do LLA still work?

I created a lookalike audience from a custom audience of 200 qualified people who booked calls, but Meta says the audience is too small to launch. Do I still need at least 1,000 people in the source audience, or can smaller lists (e.g. 150–200) still work like they used to?

Also, do LLA still work better than open/interest based targeting?
