Do you mean more in terms of warming up before your lifts or improving range of motion for your main lifts?

@Lex Brandwood This is what my physio friend said 👇 “ I’m not really keen on stretching before workouts (controversial)- I normally do a bit of a pulse raiser and some lighter sets of the exercise I do just aiming for depth and slow tempo - otherwise end up in the gym for 2 hours😂 Post gym is when I’d generally stretch, nothing special just regular movements for 2-3 sets of 30s “
End of chest day
Been enjoying ending my chest day with these. Incline ring flys (the lower the rings are relative to your feet, the more it will target the upper chest) Can then be super set into ring push ups once you’ve hit failure on ring flys. (Can also add a 3rd stage to the super set where you do normal push ups till failure after the ring push ups) Can also be loaded with plates on you’re back
