I did it
I've been in a funk for the last day and a half. I gotta get through it. Choose different. Choose what I want not what I don't. So it's 845pm and I just finished my workout that should have taken place at 430... I found other things to do instead and then I chose to get downstairs and get my workout done. Yay me! A little a happier now too!!

I need to invest in more weights, limited ATM. And I don't think I want to actually go back to a gym, even though some days I muss the community.
