Day 12, Happy March 1st!
Today we simply move and embrace the possibilities of a new month. Progress, not perfection. If things haven’t been flawless, that’s okay. Use movement to reconnect to the present moment and keep improving, little by little.

March 2026: Exercise and Eclipse-time
You don’t have to believe the sky affects you to notice that certain seasons invite reflection, action, or rest. Astrology provides a poetic weather report of the times, and can highlight possibilities— but your choices, character, and daily habits shape your path. Free will rules. To astrologers, March's Full moon eclipse carries with it a distinct clarifying energy. Not loud. Not chaotic. As if a spotlight quietly sweeps across your life and whispers: This matters. This doesn’t. So, March is less about drama and more about discernment. Editing, not shouting. An eclipse intensifies what’s already out of balance, and asks us to see it more clearly. Think of it as cosmic highlighter pen-energy. On a personal level, March's lunation invites us to clean up what we’ve been clenching our teeth tolerating— habits, worries, cluttered schedules, anxious thought loops. This is a powerful month for refining routines, tending to health, and for choosing usefulness over useless fretting. Small, practical improvements ripple outward. Bless your corner of the world. Sweep the floor. Call a friend. Feed the cat. Move your body. On the world stage, eclipses often coincide with turning points— exposures, explosions, negotiations, corrections. When headlines hint at conflict or looming war, the eclipse reminds us that real strength is logistical, humanitarian, and service-oriented. The same energy that can mobilize armies can also mobilize aid, medical response, and sober problem-solving. Eclipse light reveals what needs fixing. The antidote? Stay grounded. Do what you can reach. This month, instead of trying to fix the whole world, begin with what’s at your fingertips. Tidy a drawer. Strengthen a knee. Drink more water. Buy a better computer. Go to bed earlier. Cease scrolling. Forgive one old irritation. The smallest acts of order can create a surprising sense of peace. When global tensions rise, don’t absorb the fear. Channel the energy into usefulness. Choose words carefully. Help someone. Volunteer your steadiness. Be the calmest nervous system in the room. Precision is power. Service is strength.

Day 11, Shape Your Environment
Today we take movement to the floor and look at our surroundings differently. Instead of trying to change everything, we shape our environment so it supports success. Even getting down to the floor once or twice can become an opportunity to build mobility, strength, and a new way of seeing what’s possible.

Water fasting, how to begin
@Drew Hopper I would like to learn and start water fasting, can you tell me more please?

@Joan Fernandez water fasting is powerful and challenging. I could talk about it all day. Why do you want to fast? Have you ever fasted before? I think a one on one meeting would be good and we can put a plan in place for a successful fast.

@Joan Fernandez hi Joan. Technical difficulties. I need to postpone. I will message you asap. Apologies for the delay.
Day 10, Explore What’s Possible
Today we move with curiosity and wonder. If you’re creating change during these 40 days and fear shows up, that’s normal. Instead of shrinking back, can you explore what’s possible? Notice what your body can do today, and let curiosity lead the way.
