@Richard Landeau thanks. Just super simple and cheap living on a tight budget.

What Challenge Would You Like to Do
Yesterday I saw a video of Lukas talking about his Network Challenge for his community The Game. I am also in a Blitz challenge with @Nathaniel Parant in Goosify and would love to create a shared community challenge for us! The key is to find the sweet spot between boredom and overwhelm! This is where feel our best and perform our best. We don't want complicated plans. We just want to support each other on our fitness and health journey in a fun way. So let's find a shared goal to which we can all contribute. A few ideas popped into my head while I LIVE streamed a combined 32 hours over the weekend, but I want to hear from you! If we crowdsource this challenge, we can make it the best on Skool. A challenge where everyone in the community can contribute and where we can help each other grow. What challenge would you like to do?

@Sara Smith nice to meet you to. I am originally a city boy from Orange County California. Where my wife and I still own a home. But I want to get land and learn how to farm and all sorts of otherstuff.

@Sara Smith Not sure I need to get the land and see what i can do with it. I would like to make it almost self sufficient using all the technology that is available. And put the elbow grease in where it is most important.

@Kevin Dul This is Fantastic. Sometimes you need to essentially micro manage your day so that you can get a much better rhythm in life. It is always harder to to hold yourself to the standard that you receive when putting yourself under a microscope. Keep it up and eventually it will just become habit.
Most founders focus on their business before their health
I did exactly this. Hit revenue goals while quietly destroying my health. 3am anxiety sessions. Decision fatigue by noon. "I'm fine" became my default lie. The wake-up call wasn't dramatic - it was realizing I was building a business for freedom while breaking down the one thing I needed to enjoy it. My health journey wasn't about getting ripped or hitting some aesthetic goal. It was about admitting the body running everything else deserved the same strategic attention as my business. The irony? I was optimizing lead gen systems while manually destroying my operating system. Now health isn't separate from my business strategy - it's the foundation of it. Clear mind = better decisions. Consistent energy = sustained execution. Recovery time = thinking time. You can't scale what you can't sustain. And you can't sustain what you're actively destroying. What did you build in your business before you built in yourself?

@Mark X I have been Playing TTRPG's since 1989. It is a fun hobby and it is a stress reliever for me. Even with it being my Skool. I enjoy teaching it to others. So it does help me with my mental health. Plus TTRPG, Builds skills as well. It helps you be more confident, You act as a character in front of your peers you might make a fool of yourself, but it is in the name of fun and you learn to not feel so reluctant to try something because you are worried what others might think. In life I have learned that often your biggest naysayers will be family and friends. They will tell you that you can't do something. I think naysayers are the way they are because they are afraid to try and even more so afraid to fail. I find that each time i fail i am just one step closer to success.
