๐ช๐ป๐ฃ Morning routine, Including ~10 minute meditation indoors and completed 3 sets of 20 pushups when I first woke before my meditation โ๏ธ ๐ฟ Cold shower โ๏ธ โ๏ธ Journal for 10 minutes โ๏ธ ๐ Read / study for 20+ minutes โ๏ธ ๐ฒ Spend 20+ minutes outdoors โ๏ธ ๐ป๐ Deep work โ๏ธ ๐ฎ๐ป No procrastinating โ๏ธ ๐ฅ Eat healthy and mostly whole foods โ๏ธ ๐ฒ Calorie Goal (~2000 calories each day) โ I consumed ~ 500 calories over my daily goal today. ๐ฅฉ Protein Goal (150gms) โ๏ธ I exceeded my protein goal today. ๐ซ Drink 2 Liters (~.5 gal) of water โ๏ธ ๐๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช๐ป Workout: Arms, Legs, Walking outdoors 20 minutes โ๏ธ ๐ซ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool โ๏ธ ๐ฑ Screens off by 21:30 (9:30pm) โ๏ธ ๐ In bed by 22:00 (10:00pm) โ๏ธ Evening routine โ๏ธ I am still sick with a slight cough and sore throat, but no fever and tested negative (-) for COVID twice. I am hoping to get better by this weekend. I went to sleep ~ 8:00PM. I also had 2 calls with community members, one to help our brother and the other to help me.
