๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ฃ Morning routine, Including ~10 minute meditation indoors and completed 3 sets of 20 pushups when I first woke before my meditation โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿšฟ Cold shower โœ”๏ธ โœ๏ธ Journal for 10 minutes โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ“– Read / study for 20+ minutes โœ”๏ธ ๐ŸŒฒ Spend 20+ minutes outdoors โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ“š Deep work โœ”๏ธ ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ’ป No procrastinating โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿฅ™ Eat healthy and mostly whole foods โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿฒ Calorie Goal (~2000 calories each day) โŒ I consumed ~ 500 calories over my daily goal today. ๐Ÿฅฉ Protein Goal (150gms) โœ”๏ธ I exceeded my protein goal today. ๐Ÿซ– Drink 2 Liters (~.5 gal) of water โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป Workout: Arms, Legs, Walking outdoors 20 minutes โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿซ‚ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ฑ Screens off by 21:30 (9:30pm) โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ›Œ In bed by 22:00 (10:00pm) โœ”๏ธ Evening routine โœ”๏ธ I am still sick with a slight cough and sore throat, but no fever and tested negative (-) for COVID twice. I am hoping to get better by this weekend. I went to sleep ~ 8:00PM. I also had 2 calls with community members, one to help our brother and the other to help me. I am working out every day right now. Not because I โ€œhave to,โ€ but because my energy, focus, and results are at their peak when I train daily. How often do you train and whatโ€™s your reasoning behind that number?

I workout 6 days a week and do cardio on my rest day.

I was around people yesterday coughing and sneezing. I mostly just have a sore throat though. Today was a scheduled rest day at the gym but I still went and did farmer's carries only.
