Well, recovery for I is always after stimulation days, so that's at least twice a week for I. Often three. I do two developmental workouts per week and 2-3 stimulation workouts with an active recovery day in between. Sometime, though I body needs complete rest which could be up to 72 hours. You gotta listen to your body. The cerebellum always tells you what you need. Great post, Alex🙌🏾
