So many great goals. I would like to get rid of snacking and drop 5 lbs. I really am drawn to the concept of fasting and have benefitted from fasts in the past but I often feel frantic and lightheaded after 24 hours or so of fasting. I also have had a hard time establishing a consistent fasting rhythm. Looking forward to working on that more.
Intermittent fasting controversy
I have been experimenting with intermittent fasting for awhile now and it seems yo work really well for me to eat at noon and around 6 pm and fast for 18 hours. I’m also aware of the extensive research that indicates how for women it contributes to increase of a sympathetic stress response, especially if combined with exercise while fasting. Thanks for addressing this... I have felt curious about these topics vs how they feel in my body. I definitely feel better fasting later in the day but find it easier to fast in the am.
