Intermittent fasting controversy
I have been experimenting with intermittent fasting for awhile now and it seems yo work really well for me to eat at noon and around 6 pm and fast for 18 hours. I’m also aware of the extensive research that indicates how for women it contributes to increase of a sympathetic stress response, especially if combined with exercise while fasting.
