Questions for my PA
Hi Cate. I first heard your name at a Panchakarma retreat at Blue Sage Ayurveda. I was there with Katie Silcox. I had no idea who she was when we met. I have been healthy my entire life however I have experience bloating and am finding it harder to maintain my weight as I am getting older. I will be 60 next month. I have a doctors appointment next week and I am wondering if there is anything specifically I should request in terms of tests. In November I am going to India for a month and I am going to ask about ear patches for air sickness.
🟧 Block Therapy Recommendation 🟧
I want to share something with you that I have been into for about a month that’s been super effective for my overall energy flow, release of knots in my abdomen, adhesions all over my body, lymphatic drainage, deep sleep and so much more. As a somatic therapist myself with the depth of understanding of the breath distortions and how our unconscious beliefs, emotional blockages show up as physical dis-ease, I really appreciate this approach that starts with proper breathing and uses a tool and guided sequences for working with the whole body to open flow of energy. I’ve used all kinds of tools like yoga tune-up balls, different densities of rollers, melt method, you name it and I have to say that using these wooden blocks that mimic the density of our bones is one of the best!
