This challange was really something, trying to locate something reflective in a frozen over town sounds easy, untill you realize all the ice is just white solid blocks covered in a thick layer of hard snow. After searching all week, I landed on this, a tiny frozen fjord between rocks close to where I study. Not super happy with how the edit turned out, so please come with suggestions below. Hi! 👋 Wanted to share my first attempts to capturing frozen soap bubbles. 🥶 Have you ever tried this yourself? It was a lot of fun and quite meditative. Which one is your favorite?? I also made some videos of the freezing surface, would you like me to share that to? All images taken with Canon EF 100mm 2.8 L ISM USM at f11 to f22 with a flah and some at f2.8 to F4 and using a tripod for camera and a 🔦 torch (EXIF info should be attached for details)

When presented with this assignment, I took a leisurely stroll down the street, before I returned back home where I set up some lights to try my hand at some high contrast portrait photography. After a bit of trail and error, I think I got something halfway decent. I'm no professional portrait photographer, so any advice is met with a warm welcome. Happy new year!
