The biggest mistake beginners make with AI agents They tell the agent what to do, but never tell it how to think. Instead of: “Analyze this and respond” Try: “Think step-by-step. First identify X. Then check Y. Then decide Z. Only then respond.” That one change makes agents feel 10x smarter. Not because the model changed — because the thinking path did. What's your niche? Will it help?
