New Recording Inquiry 🤩
Let's see! I am feeling called to tap into the collective for the next VIP Recording! I would love to record something special for you tomorrow. Part of my process is burning sage to clear the space, followed by palo santo to set intention before each recording session. I would love to know which season you're in and what you are exploring internally... SHARE BELOW What would support you this month? AND what length of Nidra would you enjoy to rest with the most!?

5 Invitations to Consider for Your New Year 🎇
these are five invitations through the lens of yoga nidra and the koshas, layers of being. 1. ✧your body✧ what does your physical body need more of this year rest? warmth? slower mornings? a sense of safety you can feel in your bones? 2. ✧your energy✧ notice where your life force is flowing freely… and where it feels depleted? not everything needs effort some things need space. 3. ✧your mind and heart✧ what thoughts or emotional patterns are asking for?compassion? what softens when you stop arguing with yourself? 4. ✧your inner wisdom✧ beneath the noise… beneath the goals… there is a quiet knowing, what truth has been patiently waiting for you to listen? 5. ✧your capacity for peace✧ the part of you that is unaffected by last year … by “mistakes” … by stories this is there reminder… you are still here! you are always whole. this is how you can meet a new year not by reinventing yourself but by remembering your true self. layer by layer. we are still being invited by the year of the snake to shed what isn't ours. and today! choosing clarity ✧☽ presence ✧☽ and a nervous system that gets to feel at home. ✧☽ Cheers to beginning again… everyday.

✧☽ New Year Reflection...
for those who feel called to begin this year with clarity, we start here. before you rush toward tomorrow pause. before thinking about the future, take a moment to acknowledge what is already here. what did 2025 actually bring you? not what you hoped would happenbut what truly shaped you. 🪩 what did this year reveal about you? what parts of yourself asked for more care? honesty? love? growth isn’t found in the next shiny thing. 🪩 it lives in the mirror of what this year showed you. in what you finally saw and chose to meet with compassion. as you gently turn toward 2026, ask yourself: what do you want to embrace more fully? and what from this past year are you ready to release (not by forgetting it but) by realizing it was never truly yours to carry? 🪩 SHARE below. 🪩 don’t keep all of this in your head. this is a space for reflection, witnessing, and truth. 🖤

What do I want to embrace more fully? Those parts of me that are calling out for attention. I have been mistaking their calls as something scary in the outside world that I need to resolve i.e blaming the world for the echoes of the past inside my body (to quote Derek Hart).
How to do yoga nidra when unwell, coughing etc
I have caught a nasty virus. My head and neck are aching, I am exhaussted and have a frequent cough. As a result, particularly because of the coughing, I haven't been able to stay still for long. Any suggestions on how to do yoga nidra in such circumstances? I really need it right now but haven't been able to do it for a few days. Thank you!

@Steve C Thanks Sreve. Holding my head over the steam from boiling water has helped too!

@Ayla Nova Thank you. I have an adjustable bed so tend to have my head elevated a bit when doing YN under normal circumstances, anyway. I did try elevating it a bit more but wasn't comfortable. I am doing what I can, when I can. I am sorry I missed yesterday's solstice session. I didn't feel well enough to participate.
